29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(xii):  Before moving an aerial lift for travel, the boom(s) shall be inspected to see that it is properly cradled and outriggers are in stowed position, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2)(viii) of this section:    On or about 06/16/2011, the company's Bil-Jax hydraulic boom lift (XLB-4725A) was moved without first being inspected, resulting in damage to one of the outriggers when the unstowed outrigger hit a large tree.

Out of the Woods Ministry was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1910.67(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313362550, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/06/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 6749 Fry Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
