29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not provided when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:    (a)Weatherguard Construction Co. Inc., at 14133 Fairwind Lane, Broomfield, CO 80023:  On July 14, 2011 as the controlling employer did not ensure the employees were provided eye protection when pneumatic nailers were used during roofing operations.  This condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectile to the eye.    HP Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of is occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.95(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314659665, citation number 1, item 2, issued December 30, 2010 and became a final order on January 24, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 18832 E. Carmel Dr., Aurora, CO 80011.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)HP Roofing Inc. at 14133 Fairwind Lane, Broomfield, CO 80023:  On July 14, 2011, The employer, did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing operations on a roof with a 5 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall  hazard of up to at least approximately 16 feet.    HP Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of is occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314659665, citation number 1, item 1(b), issued December 30, 2010 and became a final order on January 24, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 18832 E. Carmel Dr., Aurora, CO 80011.
