A 240v spliced cable, not in conduit, was tied into a circuit breaker in a panel box in the adjacement company's work space and run across the ceiling and down a column to provide power for periodic testing of power wash system components.  The power to the cable was turned on and off at the breaker when needed.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
