29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:      a.)  The employer did not maintain a written hazard communication program for chemicals used by employees during performance of their duties, including but not limited to:     *   Delstar DTR601 Reducer containing Acetone, Naphtha and Toluene;     *   Miniwax Wood Finish containing petroleum distillates, naphtha and staoddard solvent; and,     *   Duragloss Spred-Dura containing propylene glycol, silica and 1,3-Pentanediol.    The chemicals listed can cause liver and kidney damage, respiratory irritation and are rated as flammable materials.
