29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): \r\n\r\nEach employee in an excavation shall be protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section except when:\r\n\r\n\r\na.     On the site, the employer did not ensure emplooyees working in the trench wree provided with cave-in protection.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        Shelly & Sands, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational Safety and Health Standard or its Equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313152936, Citation Number 1, Item Number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on February 05, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Harrisburg Pike and Eakin Road, Columbus, Oh, 43215.
