29 CFR 1910.28(a)(6): \r\n\r\nAny scaffold damaged or weakened from any cause shall be immediately repaired and shall not be used until repairs have been completed.\r\n\r\na.  At the work site located at 1525 Georgesville Road, Columbus, Ohio, the employer had two sets of scaffolding in bay 6 that were used by employees for servicing trailers.  The scaffolding had bent braces and was missing a portion of one support leg.  It was not taken out of service or repaired.

29 CFR 1910.28(a)(11):     All planking or platforms shall be overlapped (minimum 12 inches) or secured from movement.    a.  At the work site located at 1525 Georgesville Road, Columbus, Ohio, the employer had two sets of scaffolding in bay 6 that were used by employees for servicing trailers.  The scaffolding had planking that had not been secured to prevent movement while in use. The locking mechanisms on the scaffolding were in place but had not been engaged.  The planking was approximately twelve feet from the concrete floor.

At the work site located at 1525 Georgesville Road, Columbus, Ohio, the employer had two sets of scaffolding in bay 6 that were used by employees for servicing trailers.  The scaffolding had bent and unfastened braces and was not plumb down the length of the trailer.

Window cleaners' anchor bolts shall not be used.    a.  At the work site located at 1525 Georgesville Road, Columbus, Ohio, the employer had two sets of scaffolding in bay 6 that were used by employees for servicing trailers.  The scaffolding had legs with foot plates that were not fastened to the floor and other legs with missing foot plates.
