29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1):  Where the employer has provided portable fire extinguishers in the workplace, the employer shall also provide an educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting:    On or about 08/30/2011, where ABC-type fire extinguishers were available for employee use, there was no written Fire Protection program instructing employees on what actions they were expected to take in the event of an incipient-stage fire.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:    On or about 08/30/2011, a written Hazard Communication program had not been developed and written for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals in their work environment including but not limited to hydrochloric acid used by maintenance employees to clean coils and silica (exposure from cutting or sanding dry wall).
