29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1):  The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that establishes the frequency and method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces:    (a)	Nunn Elevator LLC, 1018 4th St., Nunn, CO 80648:  The employer did not have a written housekeeping program to ensure the frequency and method to reduce accumulations of fugitive dust.  This condition could lead to insufficient housekeeping.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    (a)	Nunn Elevator LLC, 1018 4th St., Nunn, CO 80648:  Three flexible cables were used as a substitute for fixed wiring in the boot pit for drop cords.   Under certain conditions this violation may expose the employees to an explosion hazard.
