29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9):     Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position at all times:  Note:  This paragraph does not apply to short periods of time while cylinders are being hoisted or carried.    On or about 09/27/11 during demolition activities, the employer did not ensure compressed gas cylinders that were being stored on a construction site were secured to prevent them from being tipped over.
