29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    (a)  Flexible cords were used as a substitute for fixed wiring, in that an extension cord used to supply power to a buffer was plugged into a power strip located under the computer keyboard near the west wall of the shop.

29 CFR 1910.134(i)(7):  For oil-lubricated compressors, the employer shall use a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarm, or both, to monitor carbon monoxide levels. If only high-temperature alarms are used, the air supply shall be monitored at intervals sufficient to prevent carbon monoxide in the breathing air from exceeding 10 ppm:    (a)  There was no carbon monoxide alarm on the Mattei 511 L oil lubricated compressor used to supply breathing air through the Sata Vision 2000 supplied air respirators.
