29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(ii): Aerial lifts were not operated by trained persons:    a) Employer did not provide training program to each employee in order to recognize hazards associated with working from aerial lift platform, and to understand procedures to control or minimize those hazards.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
