29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i):     Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipmentoperating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures:      a.  On or about December 19, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite, engergized 120 volt electrical panels were not enclosed, thereby exposing subcontractor employees to electric shocks, arc flashes and arc blasts.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14):     "Wall openings." Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those withchutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wallopening is less than 39 inches (1.0 m) above the walking/working surface, shall be protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safetynet system, or a personal fall arrest system:    a. On or about December 19, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee installing windows was exposed to falls of approximately thirty seven (37) feet, created by the presence of wall openings.
