29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:    (a) Hurtado Roofing at 2212 Vermont Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80525: On December 29, 2011 the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities had been trained to recognize the hazards   associated with working at elevations over 6 feet. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. An employee   working on-site had not received fall protection training before working at elevations of 8 to 12 feet.  This condition exposed the employee to the hazard of falling from an elevation of up to approximately 12 feet.
