29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):   Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      a.   Wood frame garage at 18480 US Hwy 30, near Hagerman, Idaho, on or about January 5, 2012, and at times prior thereto, two employees were working on a steep roof and were exposed to falls of 12-24 feet to the ground without fall protection.      b.   Wood frame garage at 18480 US Hwy 30, near Hagerman, Idaho, on or about January 5, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employee operating the chop saw, was standing at the edge of the dormer and exposed to falls of approximately 14 feet to the ground without fall protection.      c.   Wood frame garage at 18480 US Hwy 30, near Hagerman, Idaho, on or about January 5, 2012, and at times prior thereto, an employee was off-loading material onto the steep roof and exposed to falls of approximately 12 feet to the ground without fall protection.      d.   Wood frame garage at 18480 US Hwy 30, near Hagerman, Idaho, on or about January 5, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employees were working, inside the structure, on the second level, and were exposed to falls of approximately 14-16 feet to the gravel below without fall protection.        Briggs Construction, Inc. was previously cited SERIOUS, for a substantially similar violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3135027524, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed by a final order on March 11, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Falls Avenue & Locust Street North, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301. Wood frame garage at 18480 US Hwy 30, near Hagerman, Idaho, on or about January 5, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employee operating the chop saw, was standing at the edge of the dormer and exposed to falls of approximately 14 feet to the ground without adequate fall protection training.      c.
