29 CFR 1910.106(b)(2)(vii)(a):  Area(s) surrounding tank(s) containing flammable or combustible liquids were not provided with adequate drainage or dikes:    Precast Concepts LLC, at 9455 Boston Court, Henderson, CO: On and preceding 1/5/12, Precast Concepts LLC did not ensure that the area surrounding a tank containing a combustible liquid was not provided with adequate drainage or dikes.  An approximate 10,000 gallon aboveground tank of diesel was used to fuel powered industrial trucks and other vehicles.  Diesel is a combustible liquid.  The area surrounding the tank was not diked nor was there drainage to a containment area.  This condition potentially exposed employees to a combustible liquid hazard.
