29 CFR 1910.307(c)(2)(i): Equipment was not approved for the class of location and for the ignitable or combustible properties of the specific gas, vapor, dust, or fiber that would be present:    a)  In January 2012, oversized parts were being spray painted with a combustible liquid outside of the spray painting conveyor area. The electrical near the spray painting was not de-energized nor was it approved for a hazardous location.         ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
