29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:    On or about January 24, 2012 employees were working below other workers, tools and materials without a hardhat exposing employees to overhead struckby hazards.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about January 24, 2012 employees were working on a roof without fall protection exposing employees to a fall hazard of 12.4 feet.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
