29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided.      (a)JJ&R Construction, LLLC @ 4708 Prairie Vista, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before January 26th, 2012, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by an employee engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of the roof on a single-family home. An employee was not utilizing a fall protective system. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
