29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)  	Chipis Construction at 16193 E. 98th Way, Commerce City, CO 80022:  On or before November 23, 2012, the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in construction activities on a roof with a fall hazard of approximately 12.7 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
