29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).    a)  A subcontractor's employees were not protected against accidental contact with energized power lines while erecting, dismantling, and working from a frame scaffold within 3 feet of the lines.  The power lines consisted of secondary lines having a voltage of 120/240.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
