29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:      Workplace, 75 Lackawanna Ave, Parsippany, NJ        The employer requires the employees to wear personal protective equipment such as corrosive resistant aprons, gloves, and goggles when dispensing Scholl Ez Pak Battery Acid into motorcycle batteries, or when cleaning up battery acid spills.  However, corrosive resistant gloves were not available to the employees that perform these tasks.    Violation observed on or about 2-6-12
