29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:    a) Alternative School Classroom: On February 9, 2012, and times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to possible amputation or laceration while operating a table saw that did not have a guard for the blade.                    Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
