Watertown Steel Company, LLC worksite located at 205 Rosenberger Dr., Bluffton, Ohio: On or about February 16, 2012, the employer did not ensure the anchorage device used to hoist the steel deck sheets was used in accordance with ASME B30.26, Rigging Hardware. The NS Fall Hinged Reusable Roof Anchor is intended to be used as part of a personal fall arrest system.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard would be to comply with ASME B30.26, Rigging Hardware.
