29 CFR 1917.45(f)(9):     Electrical equipment shall be so located or enclosed that live parts will not be exposed to accidental contact. Designated persons may work on energized equipment only if necessary during inspection, maintenance, or repair.    a)   PNCT, Berth 59, Vessel CSCL Felixstone, Paceco Panamax Quay Crane #3, in the Engine Room.    Crane operators having to walk through the engine room and adjacent to the 480 Volt, 3 Phase GE Motor Control Center panels were exposed to accidental contact with live parts as 3 panel covers were missing.                                              Violation observed on about 06/14/2012.
