29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On February 23, 2012, the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from falls greater than 6 foot while installing roofing materials.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:    At the job site, on February 23, 2012 employees were working at heights great than 6 foot without training on fall protection, exposing employees to the hazards of falling without the proper knowlege on how to protect themselves.
