Worksite, Garage  -  On, or about, 3/5/12, employees were observed using a telephone plugged into an energized electrical outlet not provided with a cover. 1926.304(i)(1)  Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood to completely enclose the portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut.    Worksite, Garage - On, or about, 3/5/12, an employee was operating a Dewalt 10 inch table saw to cut wood trim. The saw blade was unguarded exposing the employee to amputation hazards.      Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
