29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    a) The Cincinnati 175 PF x 10 FT press brake, Serial No. 53976, point of operation was not guarded to prevent any part of the operator's body within the hazardous area during the the hazardous downstroke cycle.     b) The Cincinnati 6' 60 ton press brake, Serial No. 53655, point of operation was not guarded to prevent any part of the operator's body within the hazardous area during the hazardous downstroke cycle.     c) The Cincinnati 350 CB x 12 FT press brake, Serial No. xx814, point of operation was not guarded to prevent any part of the operator's body within the hazardous area during the hazardous downstroke cycle.     d) The Cincinnati 90 CBII x 10 FT press brake, Serial No. 50962, point of operation was not guarded to prevent any part of the operator's body within the hazardous area during the hazardous downstroke cycle.     e) The Mitsubishi 4000 W Laser LVP 1 processing head was not shielded with the interlocking gate when the laser was in operation when smaller metal sheets were cut, exposing the operators to burn and point of operation hazards.
