29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a)  On March 8, 2012 at the job site located at 1950 W. 76 Country Blvd. in Branson, MO, an employee was exposed to a fall from height hazard in that the employee was on an unprotected side of the building cutting old boards and installing new boards without the use of an approved means for fall protection.    Abatement certification is not required for this violation.
