29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(C) Building and/or facility owners did not notify all employers of employees who will be performing work within or adjacent to areas containing such materials of the presence, location and quantity of ACM or PACM, at the work sites in their buildings and facilities:    (a) Wellshire Arms Company LLLP DBA Wellshire Arms Apartments at 2499 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver, CO:  On and before March 1, 2012, the building owners did not inform all contractors who would be performing work within or adjacent to areas containing ACM of the presence, location and quantity of ACM.  This condition exposed contractors to an asbestos hazard.    Abatement Note: Notification either shall be in writing, or shall consist of a personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representatives.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

Colorado Blvd. in Denver, CO:  On and before March 1, 2012, the building owners did not inform all tenants the presence, location and quantity of ACM.
