29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10):     Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour.      On or about 02/29/2012 at the General Services Building in Columbia, Missouri- Employee's were exposed to fire/combustable hazards due to an oxygen cylinder being within 14 feet of multiple fuel-gas containers.     Abatement verification for this violation is not required.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(7)(ii):     Each employee at the edge of a well, pit, shaft, or  similar excavation 6 feet (1.8 m) or more in depth was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, fences, barricades, or covers:      On or about 02/29/2012 at the General Services Building in Columbia, Missouri- Employee's were using a pathway to access work next to an excavation with a depth greater than 13 feet without any barricade or guardrail system and were exposed to fall hazards.       Abatement verification for this violation is not required.
