There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: On March 20, 2012, employees were not protected from a fall while working from a metal frame scaffold, exposing them to a fall hazard over 25 feet. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d) abatement documentation is required of this violation.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5)) On or about March 20, 2012, employees were exposed to the hazards associated with work with Portland cement. The employer did not provide the employees with the material safety data sheets, training or labeling of this chemical. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c) abatement certification is required of this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
