29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. On or about March 21, 2012 the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals in their daily activity including mortar mix. A hazard communication program should include, but not be limited to: 1. The purpose and scope of the program. 2. A list of hazardous chemicals being used at the facility. 3. Material Safety Data Sheets for all the hazardous chemicals used at the facility 4. Labeling and other forms of warnings. 5. Training agenda and requirements. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29CFR1903.19(c).
