29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):  Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides of the walking/working surfaces:    (a) On or about 03/20/2012 at 8 Somerset Street, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889: Employees working on a second story barn loft storage area at heights of approximately 6'11" were not protected from fall hazards as guard rails or other means of fall protection were not provided.
