29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):     Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operationspresent potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    On 14 March, 2012 at the job site located at 400 S Sunshine St in Branson, MO employees were exposed to struck by hazards in that  they were performing roofing activities on roof structure approximately 18 feet above ground level without the use of any eye protection while using pneumatic powered nail guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     "Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) ormore above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrestsystems.    On 14 March, 2012 at the job site located at 400 S Sunshine St in Branson, MO employees were exposed to fall from height hazards in that  they were performing roofing activities on roof structure approximately 18 feet above ground level without the use of an approved fall protection system.
