The employee was not wearing a chemical resistant apron covering the chest and the ankles. b) Pump room - On or about 3/23/12, an employee's torso and legs were exposed to chemical burns during pouring of liquid sodium hypochlorite, with a pH of 12. The sodium hypochlorite was added to the plastic drum. The employee was not wearing a chemical resistant apron covering the chest and the ankles. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
