29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from fallingor flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:     (a).  Worksite located at 2940 Baltimore, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking underneath elevated employees who could drop materials or tools on top of the employees who were not wearing hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and verticalsurface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrailsystems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a).  Worksite located at 2940 Baltimore, Kansas City, Missouri- An employee was observed standing and working on an edge of a wall without the use of any means of fall protection.
