Roosevelt Library, for an employee using a Sullair MPB 60A 1.25 diameter hammer to break up the concrete floor in the southeast wing, without equipping the hammer with an optional muffler or silencer, available from the manufacturer. This worker was exposed to 439% of the allowable dose measured on a 90 dBA dosimeter or an equivalent sound level of 101 decibels measured for 225 minutes on April 4, 2012. Zero exposure was assumed for 255 minutes. (b) On or about April 4, 2012, in the Franklin D Roosevelt Library, for an employee shoveling concrete debris and using a hose to keep the dust while a worker was breaking up the concrete floor in the southeast wing.
