29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems or other designed fall protection: For work performed on the north side of the building: On or about March 21, 2012, employees were exposed to a fall of greater than 10 feet while working from a tube and coupler scaffold that did not have guardrails or other means of fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
