29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i):     The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:    Gutchess Lumber Office - on or about 4/5/12, the employer trains employees in First Aid and CPR to respond to medical issues at the facility, such as crushing injuries and cuts.  The employer has not established a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure.    The Exposure Control Plan shall contain at least the following elements:  a.) The exposure determinationrequired by paragraph (c)(2)   b.) The schedule and method of implementation for paragraphs (d) Methods of Compliance,  (f) Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-up, (g) Communication of Hazards to Employees, and (h) Recordkeeping, of this standard, and  c.) The procedure for the evaluation of circumstances surrounding exposure incidents as required by paragraph (f)(3)(i) of this standard.      Abatement Certification Required
