29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    Instance A.) On or about April 10, 2012 employees were working on a top tier of a roof performing carpentry work without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet.    Instance B.) An employee was working on the second tier of the roof performing carpentry work without fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 22.9 feet.    Instance C.) Employees were working on the first tier interior level to access the other levels and stage materials including the generator without fall protection exposing employees to a fall hazard of 13.8 feet.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
