29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous and effective.    On or about April 12, 2012, at Oryx Wolfbone Trend Area, Grand Tex Rig #2, in Pecos County , Trend Services Inc. did not ground the crew trailer. This condition did not allow a permanent and continous path to ground from circuits, equipent and enclosures. Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards.
