29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:    The employer does not protect its employees from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system while employees are working from heights. This violation was observed on or about April 19, 2012, located at the work site at 4710 FM 1488, The Woodlands, TX, where an employee was exposed to an approximately 16 foot fall while removing shingles from the roof of a double-wide mobile home being prepared to be moved.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees are protected from falling to lower levels.
