29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(v):     All high lift rider industrial trucks shall be equipped with overhead guards which meet the configuration and structural requirements as defined in paragraph 421 of American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks.    On or about March 14, 2012 on the east side of the complex, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when forks from a hi-lift truck were left in the elevated position with the vehicle unattended.
