29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented.     This violation most recently occurred on April 18, 2012, at a workplace located at 8725 Argentine Way, Plano, TX 75024; where at least one (1) employee worked from the roof structure, not protected from falling an approximate 9-ft, 3-inches to the ground level below.
