29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii):     The Exposure Control Plan shall contain at least the following elements: Exposure Determination, Methods of Compliance, Hepatitus B Vaccination and Post-Exposure Evaluation and Follow-up, Communication of Hazards to Employees, Recordkeeping, and the Procedure for Evaluating Exposure Incidents.    a)The Exposure Control Plan lacked information on post vaccination testing.    Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
