29 CFR 1926.251(e)(8)(iii): Synthetic web slings were not immedialtely removed from service when any of the following conditions were present: snags, punctures, tears or cuts: a) Driveway to the Left of the Building - An employee used synthetic web slings rated for 1200 and 2400 pounds that had snags to carry a 175 pound piece of ornamental concrete across the site, observed on or about 4-25-12.
