29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:      In the facility, the Emergency Eye Wash Station was not installed on a wall or a surface, and the station was not filled with the eyewash water preservative that would supply a continuous 15 minute water source for each eye separately to flush the eyes.  The Material Safety Data Sheet stated the need for eye flush where chemicals such as but not limited to Armor All Lubricating Foam Shampoo and Professional Citrus Sealant are in use.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:    Containers of chemicals were being used and placed in the facility that were not marked or identified as to the identity of the chemical in the bottle.  The containers had chemicals such as but not limited to automotive cleaning chemicals, shampoos, bug prep, and sealants.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):      A written Hazard Communications program regarding hazardous chemicals had not been developed to protect employees against chemicals hazards.  Employees who worked with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to automotive cleaning chemicals, shampoos and sealants were exposed to the hazards associated with those products.
