29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:      In the facility, the Emergency Eye Wash Station was not installed on a wall or a surface, and the station was not filled with the eyewash water preservative that would supply a continuous 15 minute water source for each eye separately to flush the eyes.  The Material Safety Data Sheet stated the need for eye flush where chemicals such as but not limited to Armor All Lubricating Foam Shampoo and Professional Citrus Sealant are in use.
