29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective.    The Lang Stone Company, Inc.  Columbus Ohio facility: As of and prior to April 27, 2012, there at least ten portable lights without ground pins to assure a continuous path to ground. Due to this condition, employees in Finishing are exposed to an electric shock and/or contact hazard when utilizing these appliances for general lighting purposes.
