29 CFR 1910.302(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:     a)  Lunch Room, where relocatable power taps were used to supply power to appliances including the Bunn Coffee maker, and the Hotpoint refrigerator.      The Department of Veterans Affairs was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 282597, citation no. 1, item no. 2, issued on March 27, 2012 with respect to a workplace at Everett, WA.
