29 CFR 1926.302(b)(8):     Each employee operating airless spray guns with pressure of 1,000 pounds or more with guards removed were not taken out of service, exposing the employee to injection injuries.    a)Hackensack River Bridge:Employee was using an unguarded airless spray gun, in the process of moving the scaffold, the gun hit the scaffold, injecting the employee with paint.         Violation occurred on or about 4/16/12.
